The constitution for Iraq drafted by the Iraqi parliament has been widely reviewed and commented upon by many individuals. The Iraqi public and the Western and Iraqi media have not received the most recent version. CPT Iraq received a copy from a contact in the government. While much of the document is similar, there are some significant differences.
