The city of Miamisburg has a VG SCA XPS system available for sale.
It includes a monochromator, two duoplasmatron ion guns, electron gun, large
sample prep/pressure chamber, two standard Xray sources, three turbo pumps,
and all associated electronics. The system appears to be in good condition.
