CHICAGO/TORONTO: Temporary increase in posting frequency

Because of the backlog on updates and releases from the Middle East, the
CPTnet editor will post two items a day until she leaves for that region
herself, at which time there may be a couple days where she does not post
because she is traveling.

CPT staff and volunteers are discussing how CPTnet may be changed to
accomodate the growth of the organization and to keep readers updated on the
work of the teams in a more timely fashion.
