COLOMBIA: Normal Shelter closes doors

The "Antigua Normal," a shelter for displaced families in Barrancabermeja,
permanently closed its doors May 24 as the few remaining inhabitants
relocated elsewhere in the city. The abandoned teacher's college housed over
fifty families displaced from the Ci
