CHICAGO/TORONTO: Addition to Litany for Canadian groups

[Note: CPTer Joel Klassen, currently serving on the Colombia Team, suggests
this addition to the litanies posted earlier today.]

The Canadian government has detained for up to four years, without charge or
trial, five Muslim men - Hassan Almrei, Mohammad Mahjoub, Mahmoud Jaballah,
Mohamed Harkat, and Adil Charkaoui. Several have been in solitary
confinement for years; their health is close to breaking. The government
wants to deport them to their countries of birth, where they will likely
face torture and death. The UN has stated that such an action would violate
international law.
