In the valley of Elah-Bil'in
David slinging stones
as Goliath shoots back
a deadly game
where the innocent
who fall
are still more powerful
than the Israelite soldier-slaves
bound by their fear
of annihilation
whipped by their masters:
history and vengeance

a valley filled with stinging gas flashing guns eardrums assaulted by
reverberating booms above all the people army of the living God of Abraham
crying the barriers down the Lord does not save by the sword and the spear
only love will bring the true Goliath - the wall drenched in blood and tears
- down in the valley of Elah-Bil'in
