CHICAGO: Temporary increase in frequency of CPTnet postings

Because of the the current backlog of CPT releases from the teams in
Chiapas, Colombia and Hebron, and because we believe that the information in
the updates needs to be made available in a more timely manner, for the
next week, two postings a day will appear on CPTnet. After that time,
CPTnet will resume its six postings a week schedule.
