Temporary increase in frequency of postings

Due to the postings being received from Gene Stoltzfus and Doug Pritchard in
Afghanistan, and the important events the teams in Hebron and Colombia are
dealing with, in the coming week the CPTnet editor will be posting two
releases every day. She hopes to resume posting six releases a week very
soon.
