Congress--Tearing Down Walls, Restoring Communities--in Toronto, Canada.

Everywhere walls divide and destroy the bonds of human solidarity. Through
worship, workshops, and prophetic public witness, explore the power of
nonviolence to tear down walls and restore communities broken by violence.
The Congress invites you to "get in the way" i.e., follow Jesus to bring
healing, transformation, and long-term competent strategy to our
peacemaking.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

Jim Loney

Jim, along with Harmeet Singh Sooden and Norman Kember, was a member of a
Christian Peacemaker Teams (CPT) delegation kidnapped in Baghdad in November
2005. CPT Iraq team member Tom Fox, who had accompanied the delegation to
an appointment with the Muslim Scholars association was later murdered on 9
March 2006.
