Christian Peacemaker Teams announces that its tenth Christian Peacemaker Congress will take place in Denver, Colorado on 17-20 September 2009, with the theme "Restoring Balance: Peace Through Right Relationships."  For more information, see http://www.cpt.org/participate/congressX

THE CONGRESS WILL BE A TIME TO:
  • hear the voices of Aboriginal Peoples
  • learn new ways of peace
  • consider together what "balance," "shalom," "peace," and "justice" mean for different peoples
  • struggle together to bring these things into being
  • learn about CPT's work and community
  • Through worship, workshops, and prophetic public witness, the Congress invites you to "get in the way" of Jesus to bring healing, transformation, and long-term competent strategy to our peacemaking.
