About Joe
Joe
Carr is an anti-oppression activist and performance artist from Kansas City,
Missouri. He has worked with Earth First, Food Not Bombs, and Arts in Activism.
In 2003 he worked with the International Solidarity Movement
in Rafah, Gaza Strip and witnessed Israeli soldiers murder US peace activist
Rachel Corrie, and British activist Tom Hurndall. He now works with Christian
Peacemaker Teams in Palestine and in the US Palestinian Rights Movement.
