Kitty Ufford-Chase


Kitty has been a CPT reservist since August 2003 and has served with CPT's project in Colombia.  She is fluent in Spanish, a life-long Quaker, and has been active in US-Mexico border concerns.

Chris Schweitzer

Carol Rose

Carol is the Co-Director of CPT, a poet, and pastor. Carol was part of the formation of the Colombia project who regularly served on that project until becoming Co-Director. Since that time she has also served on site in Iraq , Palestine , Arizona and Kenora. She is the facilitator/presenter for the Biblical Non-violence portion of the CPT Core Training. An active peacemaker since the late 1970's. Carol worked with Mennonite Voluntary Service with refugees from Central America in Dallas , Texas in the early 1980's.

Scott Kerr

Scott Kerr is a graduate of Anderson University with a major in Political Science.  After graduating in the Summer of 1999 Kerr began work with Christian Peacemaker Teams.  Beginning in Chiapas Mexico with the Abejas, a mayan indigenous Catholic community, Kerr accompanied some members as they returned to their villages of origin after fleeing in terror after the 1997 massacre of 45 of their friends and family.  After working in Chiapas for over a year, Kerr began working in Colombia implementing a plan to accompany a threatened community.  There in Colombia the team accompanied over 70 fa

Duane Ediger

Duane Ediger is a member of Christian Peacemaker Teams. As a CPT Reserve Corps member since 1995, he has served on CPT teams in Haiti, Chiapas and Colombia, and on a delegation to the Middle East. He has been a CPT delegation leader, translator/interpreter, former CPT Colombia team Support staff person, and was Communications Director at the Dallas Peace Center for many years.

Suzanna Collerd

Suzanna Collerd graduated from Vassar College in Art History and Italian prior to beginning her work with Christian Peacemaker Teams. Most of Suzanna's full time work focuses on accompaniment of at risk communities and organizations in Colombia where she has heard stories of the devastating effects of aerial fumigations and the ongoing civil war. She has also led a delegation to the Arizona/Sonora project and participated in the 75 mile Migrant Walk. Fluent in English and Spanish, Suzanna is prepared to present in either language.

Bob Holmes

Bob is a Catholic priest/teacher, a member of the Congregation of St. Basil (Basilian), who has been active in social justice ministry for many years both with the Toronto Catholic Worker and as the Basilian Coordinator for Social Justice Concerns. Scott Albrecht

Scott is a Reserve member of the Peacemaker Corps. His first involvement with CPT was participating on a delegation to Chiapas, Mexico, in July 2001. He completed training in May 2002, beginning as a Reservist. He has served five terms in Colombia, totalling 12 months, and two months in Asubpeeschoseewagong (Grassy Narrows, ON).
